18 U.S.C. § 2257 Exemption Statement

hisdime does not create, produce, or host any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256. All photos on this site are ordinary, non-explicit images (portraits and similar) uploaded by members to identify themselves or their listing.

Because hisdime does not contain sexually explicit content, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply to material appearing on this site.

Members are prohibited from uploading sexually explicit imagery. Any such upload will be removed and may result in an account ban. Photos are validated by file signature and re-encoded on upload; any explicit content that evades our filters should be reported immediately using the Report tool.
