1. Eligibility

hisdime is restricted to adults 18 years of age or older. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement. We may request proof of age at any time and will suspend accounts we cannot verify.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Use a unique password and enable two-factor authentication if you can. Do not share your account with anyone else.

3. Prohibited conduct

We do not allow, and will permanently ban accounts that engage in:

• Any content or communication involving anyone under 18, or that sexualizes minors.
• Human trafficking, coercion, or any non-consensual arrangement.
• Scams, including deposit or gift-card requests, wire transfer requests, or fake verification fees.
• Harassment, threats, or doxxing of other members.
• Impersonation, fake photos, or misrepresenting who you are.
• Automated scraping, bot activity, or attempts to bypass our security controls.

Reports of underage content or trafficking are escalated immediately and reported to the relevant authorities where required by law. See our Safety page.

4. Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post, but you grant us a license to host, display, and moderate it for the purpose of operating hisdime. We may remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

5. No payment processing

hisdime does not process payments between members and does not facilitate any transaction for sexual services. Any arrangement between members is solely between them; we are not a party to it and take no commission.

6. Moderation and enforcement

We may warn, shadowban, suspend, or permanently ban any account at our discretion, including for conduct that occurs off-platform if it affects the safety of our community.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms.

8. Disclaimers

hisdime is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the identity, intentions, or safety of any member — use the safety practices on our Safety page and use your own judgment when meeting anyone.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
